Chapter one...

It was a beautiful morning in spring and... Aw-F***!!! Why do I keep choosing such boring beginnings?? To the temple all ready!!!

"F*** Tora!!! You come back here right now!!!" shouted the boy as the beast dashed through the living room leaping over the priest who ducked quickly and rammed out side, Tora jumped in a single leap and landed on the rooftops only to show the huge chunk of meat in his jaws... the boy with his spear growled as he followed "TORA!!!!!"
"Stupid!!" chuckled the beast munching on the huge chunk, finally gulping it in only two or three bites "Hmm! (Slurp) that was some hunk of meat!!" he said to him self while licking his chops and fingers...
"F*** it Tora! That was for tonight's dinner!!!" the boy hollered, then eyed the near by tree and climbed up attending to swat the beast "wait until I get you-you over grown flee bag!!" he growled smiling...
"Uh-Oh!!" the beast shot his eyes open pacing backwards till he almost stepped off the roof "Oops!!"
"HA!!!" the boy cried swatting the roof after missing the beast head "Dammit!!!" he jerked his head to face the beast laughing his head off floating a few feet away...
"Ha!! Try catching me now brat!!" grinned the beast in joy, listening to the angry boys growling...
"Humph!!!" the boy craned around towards the tree...

In a case of carefree, the beast laughed a bit more watching the boy walk back defeated, so Tora simply did nothing much but hang there in the middle of nothing, hovering above ground... in a case of absent-minding, the beast craned towards the temple gates watching the doorway... it was morning by then, about 6 or 8 o'clock or so... fresh morning air in his chest and a sensational feeling of being light-headed... suddenly...

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" the boy cried running towards him, leaping in thin air then swatting the beasts head causing him to fall flat on his butt right on the ground...
"AW-DAMMIT!!!" cursed the beast feeling his damaged scull and spine "Oy... I think I hurt my lumbago!!" he drew back a hand feeling his back...
"Hurt your what??" asked the boy after landing next to the beast, then blinked after the beast shoot a glare of pure hate as he growled...

"You boys..." the priest called "why can't you two ever get along?" he asked him self shaking his head...
"I ain't getting a long with no a** h***!!" stated the boy...
"And I am not going to 'get along' with a mere F***ing sh** if a human either!!" the beast growled glaring the temple boy...
"(White thing) I give up!!!" said the priest then heard the doorbell ring "Coming!!" he walked away...

"If that's either Asako or Mayuko Tora, behave your self, got it!!!"
"Oh? What if it's neither??"
"F*** out!!!"
"And who clamed you boss?"
"The spear!!" said the boy with an evil smile placing the tip of the spears sharp edge at the beasts nose...
"(Yelp)!!!" feeling his nose making sure it didn't get cut, it didn't...
"Might as well go see who's at the door..." said the temple boy walking away... the beast just stayed back and cursed a hot steam of slurring under his breath...

The temple boy walked in side and towards the front gates, with the spear lightly humming, but only in a rhythm he can hear... when he got to the gates, the spear silenced, he eyed it a bit feeling confused, but really it didn't matter that much... when he got to the gates, he saw Asako and Mayuko with another woman... she had long silky hair reaching to her knees, green eyes and milky tanned skin, her lips were a bit red, wearing a jeans pants and a leather jacket, about in her late 30es with a groovy body...

"Hey Asako, Mayuko!! Who's the new girl?" asked the temple boy taken away by her beauty...
"Ushio!! You wouldn't believe us even it we told you!!" said Asako with a very excited voice...
"Where's Tora? He might be able to recognize her for you!!" said Mayuko, and then both girls giggled...
"Tora?" said the boy then craned to his father who didn't have a clue about what was going on either... "Just a minute, I'll call him for you!" said the boy, took a few steps away then drew in a deep breath "HEY THROW-RUG COME OVER HERE YOU A** H***!!" shouted the boy with a wide grin...
"Strong lungs!!" said the red headed female with a soft voice...
"Why thank-(bonk)-you!" said the boy as a harsh set of knuckled smacked his noggin "Aw-F*** Tora!! That hurt!!" he cried...
"One bashed scull deserves another!!" chuckled the beast, then looked up at the calm red headed female as he perched on the boys shoulders "So? Who's the sexy dame?"
"!!" The woman blinked and her cheeks went red...
"I dunno! I was hopping maybe you'd know!" said the boy feeling the bump on his head... then the girl broke into laughter "what's so funny?"
"I told you they wouldn't notice it!!" said the red headed female...
"I'm feeling lost here!!" said the priest cocking an eyebrow to his son...

"Ushio! Its me!!" said the female extending her arms wide open "I'm gonna give you a hint... I didn't look like this when you last saw me!! And I have a scar from the top left side of my shoulder to the bottom corner of my right ribs!!" she smiled...
"???" Ushio felt his head, she did look familiar, he just didn't remember whom... but then, the beast's jaws dislocated as he gawked her "what's the matter Tora?"
"Whoa!!! Is that... really you??" he asked...
"...!" She just smiled...
"Who?" asked the boy...
"K... Kage??" the beast asked... she gave a wider smile...
"KAGE???" asked the boy eyeing her with his eye balls almost coming out of their sockets "but ... how... why...????"
"I don't know!!!" she answered...
"Surprising eh?" said Asako with a wide smile...
"Okay, you can come out now!" called Mayuko as Ann and Muma came out from behind the gates...

"Geez! Is turning human that odd?" asked the female cupping her waist...
"Err!!" the ancient beast slurred, noticing her grooves...
"Hey!!" stated the dark brown beast...
"I still don't understand this!" stated the priest to his son...
"Uh (sweat drop) I'll explain every thing later dad... but now... what I wanna know... how did you turn back human Kage??"
"Serena!!" she corrected...
"??"
"From now on, as long as I'm human... just call me Serena!!" she stated, with a heartbroken voice...
"Aren't you going to invite us in?" asked Asako...
"Oh! Sure come right in!!" stupidly said the boy...

"So...let me get this straight!" said the ancient orange beast eyeing the red headed female leaning her back against her beast mate... "You and Muma were out hunting, you found an elk, you chased it, but some how when you got it, you slipped, fell down a cliff, and when you woke up, you found your self human??"
"Not forgetting absolutely naked and shivering cold!! It was freezing down there!!" she blushed stating...
"But you look sexy when you're naked!" said the dark brown beast ginning...
"Muma, kids are listening!" she frowned blushing...
"Oops... sorry!"
"!!" Shigure eyed her in wonder...
"So... what did the others say?"
"They don't know! I went back and asked Yami to stall Kyofu and Jiaaku till we see if there was a way to get Ka-err Serena back to normal!!" said the dark brown beast, then craned he his mate braiding his tail "Kage!! Your doing it again!!" he scolded...
"Huh?" blinking his braded tail "Oops! Sorry!!" she blushed... he flicked away his tail...
"Every time you grow nerves you just have to go and bride some thing don't you?" he asked her scolding... she just lowered her head and pulled her hair and started braiding it absent-mindedly...
"Oh-you know I can't help it!!"
"Mom!! Your doing it again!!" stated her daughter...

"Ka-err, Serena relax wont you? I'm sure every thing will be just fine, right?" asked the boy craning to the beast... Tora's face was silent and cold, but he said nothing and just shrugged "..." Ushio frowned "Screw that!!"
"Any way... I was kind wondering..." said Kage/Serena as she looked down at her lap "if it's possible, mind if I say here with you guys at the temple?" they all blinked "but if you don't like it then excuse my rudeness, I really-"
"It's all right!" interrupted the priest; his son and the beast shot their eyes wide open at him...
"You mean it?" she asked...
"Well... Kage thinks that the temple is the safest place she could think of!!" said her mate...
"I'll take that as a complement!!" smiled the priest...
"...!!" the temple boy blinked...
"??" The beast cocked an eyebrow...
"Well then!" said Asako as she stood up "since every thing is settled, Mayuko and I are coming back later okay!" walking away "take care!"
"See ya'!" said Mayuko following her friend...

A moment of silence...

"Well then!!" said Kage as she clapped her hands once "I don't want to sit on my fat ass doing nothing!!" she stood up and looked directly at the priest "I want to work for my stay!!"
"Kage you cant be serious!!" said the temple boy...
"Serena!" she scolded...
"Err-right... Serena..."
"Well... I think dad and I should head back home so Kyofu wont get suspicious... are you gonna be okay mom?"
"As long as I'm with Ushio and old fuzz ball, I wouldn't feel any safer!!" she shrugged...
"X!!" Tora just showed his teeth in anger, yet not making a sound...
"Hey remember! She might be human, but she's still my mate!!" her mate lightly growled... looking out side the window "It's still morning, but we'd better hurry, we'll try to come back later okay honey?" said the dark brown beast...
"Sure!!" she said as they slightly nuzzled...

Muma and Ann walked out of the temple and over the stonewalls... a moment passed before the red headed female turned to the temple boy and the ancient orange beast, yet now, not forgetting the priest...

"So!?" she smiled "what's my first job?"
"..." The three of them eyed each other... still a bit confused... they all weren't used on having a women touch around the house, well... there is always a first time for every thing!! ......... Right??

Later that day at the afternoon, Shigure was showing her were the things were in the kitchen, in case she needed to find or do any thing... it wasn't that hard since she wasn't trapped in a basement for five-hundred years, technology was some thing she has little experience of...

"So, remember, I'll do the cocking if necessary!!" said the priest...
"Aw-C'mon!! Tell how the oven works, I'm sure I can do it!!" she whined...
"I think not!!" chuckled the orange beast eyeing her from his perch, sprawling in the living room...
"Stay outta this fuzz ball!" she glared...
"Um, Serena... why don't you take it one step at a time?" asked the boy...
"Woman are so stubborn!" chuckled the beast... only for a bar of soap to hit the side of his head "Ouch!!" he jilted...
"Serena, I think two hot-heads are enough in this house!" said the priest "I don't want to have any more broken furniture!!" he concluded...
"I'll try to keep that in mind!" then she paused, gazing at his calm gray eyes "ya know, I can't keep calling you priest all the time..." she said...
"You can just call me Shigure, or like the girls do, Oji-san!" stated the priest walking to the beast and picking up the bar of soap, turning to her, he calmly smiled...
"..." Ushio felt a clutch in his chest... why? He didn't know...
"Priest! Get a hobby!" stated the orange beast feeling his head...
"Any way... I'm heading down town to get some grocery, since Tora ate what I brought last night!!" the beast sheepishly smiled... "Do you need any thing?"
"Nothing, just take care!" said Serena smiling...
"Um, nothing dad!" said the temple boy as he stood up "I'm going to my room now" he said softly as he walked to his room, spear in his hand...

Silence...

"What's wrong with Ushio?" Serena asked confused...
"I dunno!" responded the priest, then turned to the beast...
"!!" Tora just shrugged...
"It's... not me, is it?" she asked, "maybe he feels me an intruder in your home or something!" she stated...
"I'll go talk to him!"
"Oji-san!"
"??" He craned to her...
"If... if it turned out that it really is me... don't force your self on convincing him, I'd be glad to leave if it would make him feel better!"
"None sense! You're a guest and you'll stay here as long as you like!!" was all he said as he walked after his son...

Pause... moment of silence...

"You weren't serious, were you?"
"What do you mean Tora?"
"You leaving if the brat doesn't want you around!"
"Of course I'm serious! It's his home; I'm nothing but an intruder!! If he doesn't want me around then it's his right to ask... or demand for me to leave!! I have no right to abject on that... besides, I don't want to force my self on him!!"
"Even if it was me!!"
"... Not want me around?"
"Yeah!"
"Well... yes... I would leave as well!"
"What if the priest wants you to stay?"
"..."
"Well?"
"Depends... if he really want me too!" then she cleared her throat...
"I see..." that was all what Tora said...

In the mean time, up stairs...

"Kage... I mean, Serena, said that?"
"Yes! I guess she thinks your not comfortable with her around and she's intruding on your... shall we say, territory!!"
"It's... it's not her... it's just that..."
"Not used on having a woman around?"
"Yeah!! I mean Asako and Mayuko come around; they both stay for a while then leaves... but... her!! She'll be staying with us for... I dunno, some time I think, and she's... well..."
"What?"
"F*** dad! (Blush) I mean, you must've noticed her body!!"
"Ushio (lightly blushing as well) son... what is it?"
"Dad... what if she ends up... well... never turning back to her beast form?"
"She'll have to stay here with us till she does!"
"What if she doesn't?"
"..."
"Oh... dad..."
"Yes?"
"What do you make of her?"
"??"
"I mean, how does she look to you?"
"A fine young lady with many grooves I must say!"
"Do you like her!?"
"... Ushio... what are you pointing at??"
"Nothing..."
"Your not thinking I might fall for her, do you?"
"..."
"Ushio... I would never do that..."
"Why not?"
"!!!"
"Sh**... never mind..."

Ushio walked out and still with the spear, he passed the orange beast glaring the female with a potato in her hand, both growling, both hissing and both cursing each other... but when the female saw Ushio, she froze and settled in her stand...

"Um, Hey!! Is every thing all right?"
"I'm fine!" smiled the temple boy "Kage... or Serena... what ever comes first... I'll be glad if you stay here as much as you like!!"
"Oh?" seeing the priest walk and stand behind his son "really? You don't mind me hanging around?"
"Not at all, I wouldn't mind a women in the house... any way, I was thinking of spear practice, care to join throw rug?"
"(Just growled)"
"Guess not!" the boy smiled then walked out to the back yard...

Shigure went out to get some grocery, Ushio is out side doing spear practice, Kage/Serena is in the kitchen washing dishes, and the ancient orange beast is simply sprawling in the living room watching her, Serena was into work and started humming a song as she worked, Tora only eyed her butt as she walked around, the way she was wearing the apron made her breasts look big, that had him grinning widely...

"What's so funny?" she asked confused...
"Nothing!!" he stated tail flickering...
"It doesn't seem like nothing to me!!" she responded, then cupped her waist and craned towards him...
"..." His smile widened a bit more...
"??" Really not in a mood for that, she craned around and went back to washing dishes...
"..." The beast was thinking to him self how lovely her grooves were... from the back!!

Out side, the temple boy was thinking to him self of how many crazy things could happen if Kage/Serena decided to live with them? His dad might end up adoring her a bit too much!! Muma would get a fit of jealousy... Ann and Tora would spend more time together, although they kind' a work out good together, Ann keeps saying that she likes Tora like an uncle or grandfather or something... Jiaaku, Kyofu and Yami would come along every now and then, and that would really get on Tora's nerves, as I know how much he hates the 'dropping by for a visit' thing and all... Asako and Mayuko would come every day to chat with her now that she's human, go shopping, and buy clothing and woman stuff... woman stuff?? That though had his cheeks burn lightly... he shook his head and tried to concentrate on spear practice... she is pretty and all... nice, sweet, loving... a bit too much on the worry side!! Brides her hair when nerves? I should keep that in mind... Thinks more like a mother than a beast... a mother?? The boy froze to that thought... but then his attention was driven by a massive battle of flying vegetables as the beast huddles his way quickly for a potato to bonk the back of his scull...

"Oy! Dammit!!! Can't you take a jock??"
"Jock??" cried the woman holding up her ripped shirt over her bosom, face blushing red "checking if I'm wearing a bra or not is your idea of a jock? I don't think so!" then she threw an egg that crashed in his face...
"Yeach... I've got egg-yolk in my fur!!"
"TORA!!!" growled the boy, face burning red, with many X's over his head then aimed a bonk on his friends head, but the beast dodged it...
"Yelp!!!" he ran off and onto the rooftops..."You humans have such a lack in humor!!" growled the beast, then dodged a flying potato...
"Pervert!!" cried the female, and then turned to the temple boy "Um, you wouldn't happen to have any extra clothing, would you?" she asked with her face all in red...
"...!" Ushio slightly smiled and gave a sigh...

"Okay Ushio, you can look now!"
"Good... so how is it? I'm sorry if it sucks, but it's dad's style! Typical and boring!!" said the boy as he walked to the female...
"Nice! A bit baggy, but nice!!" said the woman trying out one of the priests shirts, she was standing in front of a mirror...
"I don't think dad would mind... but, you really need to get new clothing!" bashfully said the boy...
"Yeah your right..."
"Come to think about it, from where did you get these clothing any way?"
"Well, after I turned human, Muma went to Asako's place and asked her if she had any extra clothing she doesn't need, and well... she brought me these... though I think it's her mothers!! (Pause) although he didn't look like he wanted to do so, he would've done any think to keep me naked as far as I know!!" she concluded chuckling...
"Oh!!"
"Still... I don't like this jeans pants!! It sticks to my skin so tight it makes me feel like I'm wearing nothing at all!!"
"Well, that's what jeans does!!"
"How could all these changes happen to clothing after 600 years!! Back at 'my' days, they were designed to make you look decent and nice!" frowning at her self almost scolding "these modern ones are made to show how many grooves you've got!!"
"Well (sweat drop) sorry about that!! It's just the way it's made!!"
"Are you kidding me? What's so good in making your body show?? I mean you're a male, showing your muscles to females is good (Ushio's ears burned) but I'm a female, what good is it in showing my butt to the world?" she was blushing...

"It's human stuff female!!" interrupted the beast, tail flickering "that's how they make a females look naked yet wearing something in the same time!!!" he smiled...
"!!!" Serena eyed the beast looking at them through the boys bedroom window, so she held on tight to her shirt and pulled the tail a bit down "Very funny Tora!!" she growled...
"How long have you been here?" scolded the boy, spear gripped in hand...
"Long enough!!" he chuckled nastily "so your not wearing a bra are you!!"

The beast laughed out loud as he reared and floated a few feet away in thin air escaping a blow from the spear... Serena felt like her face burned up, but then turned and glared the laughing beast...

"I could never understand your sense of humor fuzz ball!" growled Serena...
"And I could never understand yours female!!" responded the beast...
"I am never gonna understand neither one of you!!" the boy growled...

The doorbell rung...

"I'll go get it!!" said the temple boy as he walked out of his room, leaving behind Serena and the orange ancient beast...
"So?" asked the female, face blushing "if your so into females, why don't you get your self a mate?"
"I dunno... I'm too young, too good looking and much too good for any of them out there, besides, I think watching sumthin you don't have is better than owning one... it would make you want more!" he grinned...
"Sumthin you don't have?" the beast was eyeing a loose button in the shirt she was wearing showing her breasts crack... she just laid her hands on her bosom frowning then buttoned her shirt...
"(Just chuckled)" the ancient orange beast laughed louder then skipped in thin air, landing on the temple rooftops...
"??" She didn't bother thinking about it... Serena found a belt, so she threw it on and walked to the living room, only to find Shigure with a bag of groceries... "Welcome back!" she smiled...
"..." The priest was gonna reply to her but then froze for a second... it seemed like a quick thought went through his mind before he spoke again...
"Uh, yes! Thank you!" he stated then looked at his shirt she's wearing, then turned to his son...
"Tora ripped her shirt so I gave her one of yours!!" said the temple boy...
"Tora 'ripped' her shirt?" asked the priest, then gave an angry sigh yet he said nothing... turning back to her, he eyed her looks for another second then smiled lightly "do you like shopping?"
"Honestly... no!!! I hate it! It's a waste of money and time!" said the female as she cocked an eyebrow shrugging a shoulder...
"You hate shopping?" asked the boy in disbelieve "but I though girl die for shopping!!"
"Count me out dear! Shopping malls are too loud, crowded and far too expansive!! I would be easier for them to get money if they sticked a gun in your face in bright daylight and cried 'gimmy ya' money or I'll shoot you full of red!' And that kind of crap!!" she chuckled...

"Hey!!" the beast cried as he walked in with his tail flickering "having fun with out me humans?" he lightly growled with a smile...
"Party pooper! Go jump off a cliff!!" stated the female cupping her waist... she craned to the temple boy as the beast stood high on his two legs right behind her "at any case, what should I make for lunch? I remember a few cocking recipes, but it's been a while since I made any!"
"Um, are you sure?" asked the temple boy, carefully gazing at his friend sanding behind the female "Tora, what are you up to?" he growled...
"Huh?" Serena craned around only to find the huge shade behind her, looking down right at her... "You know! You're looking bigger up close!!" she tried to smile...
"Really?" asked the beast drawing a single forefinger to her face "I didn't know!" he smiled...

Standing there with only a centimeter of air parting them, Serena and Tora stood face to face, well, actually Serena was shorter now, if she looked to what's in front of her directly, she'd be looking at the beasts stomach abdominal, they looked if like they were carved into hard-stone or sumthin, and that had her lightly blushing with a faint smile, 'sexy' was what she was thinking... but then the back of his single finger rested softly on her cheek, she closed her eyes, really not knowing why she did so, but then opened slightly looking at it, she wasn't scared, she knew she wasn't, she was just... confused! Why was the beast doing so to her? Playing naughty like before, or just trying to aim at some thing? She didn't know, she just knew that she had to be careful... but after a pause... looking at that cold, silent stripped face, with those long locks dangling in their sight, it kind of reminded her of her mate... Muma's two lines, from his eyes drawing back to the back of his face, the other going down like a tear drop... she dazed away for a second, slowly reaching for the beasts hand, holding it and feeling it for a second... the ancient orange beast felt her heat flowing though his hand, so it was kind of odd, he couldn't help but draw back his hand in a case of confusion...

The doorbell rung again...

They all eyed it then Ushio went to open the door after the female gave a nod for him to go ahead... Shigure eyed her, then the beast but said nothing... after a pause in his own world; it's been some time since he last went there hadn't it!!

"Hey!!!" cried Asako walking in with a bag "Hi Kage!!"
"Serena!"
"Oh yeah, sorry... Serena!!" she smiled "guess what I got!"
"Food?" asked the beast...
"Nope! Clothing! Mayuko and I asked our mothers if they had any clothing they don't need, and they gave us a whole bag full of them!!"
"Oh that's good!!" smiled Serena, then blinked Asako's odd gaze "what?"
"Wasn't your shirt... different?" she asked "your wearing Oji-san's shirt!" she stated questioning...

Shigure and Serena eyed each other, pause, both turned facing the other way, both blushing... Ushio tried to smile, and the beast broke into laughter... Asako had no clue so she didn't care...

Asako and Serena went to Ushio's room to check out the clothing, so it would fit the style... it was a bit annoying for Serena to have such complex clothing... but since Asako's a female, wearing the bra was a bit annoying, and it made it a bit hard to breath...

"Ack! This thing itches!!" she whined...
"It's to fix up your breasts... you'll get used to it!!"
"I don't think so!!" she about to take it off, but paused and looked around "do you have any thing else? Something light and soft maybe?"
"We have a tank top!"
"A what?"
"Just put it on, I'm sure you'll like it!!"
"Well all right... I guess!" she took off the bra, now that really felt better, then took on the tank top "say! This ain't bad! I bit tight, but not bad!" she lightly smiled "if only there was some thing a can throw over it!" she concluded, "I'm feeling a breeze!" she lightly blushed feeling her bosom...
"Try this!" giggled Asako giving her a silk blouse "looking lovely!" she said...
"You think so?" looking at her self in the mirror "now all I need is pants! This jeans shows too much!"
"Okay, I'll see if I can find any thing... hang on!" Asako went fishing in the bag searching among the clothing...
"You wouldn't happen to have a kimono, would you? It would save a lot of time and energy!" said Serena feeling her naked bosom, watching her new body in the mirror...
"Serena, now days, we don't wear Kimono's unless in traditional ceremonies or at special occasions! It's an old style no one wears it any more... unless you're a grandmother or sumthin!" chuckled the little girl...

"I am a grand mother!! Have you forgotten Fuusetsu? He's my 24th descendent!!" she stated...
"???" Craning around quickly Asako had a look of 'you are kidding me here' on her face... "Your... 24th descendent??"
"Yup!!" =^___^=
"How old are you then?"
"About 630 year old... my 30 in human, 600 in beast!! Odd eh??"
"Uh (sweat drop) yeah!" then she paused, slowly craned to the bag with a blank face "...!"
"You know, I bet Muma would drool all over just to see me now!!" chuckled the red headed woman fingers forking her hair from her sight "he went head over heals last night when he saw me naked!! He would've done any thing to have me on my back right then!!"...
"Well (blush) how long have you and Muma been mates any way?"

"Muma is my beast mate... my first husband was human!"

"Well... my family was a very rich and well known, we had a lot of enemies... I don't remember it well, but Muma does, he lived through it and helped me forget about most of it... sigh... he was my shoulder to cry on when my father died!"

Asako didn't know if she should carry on with the conversation or change the subject, so she just picked up a long skirt and turned to Serena, but then, some thing caught her attention...

"Is it just me, or is it awful quiet?"
"Ushio and old sexy boy are probably fighting out side the temple... why?"
"I dunno... the temple isn't usually this quiet!!"
"How come?" said the female taking off her pants, ready to wear the skirt "maybe it's in you imagination honey!"
"I dunno... some thing feels wrong!" Asako frowned eyeing the window...
"Oh- this things a bit tight!!" she unzipped the skit's zipper and left it drop "or maybe I should go on a diet!!"

"There's some one watching!"
"!!!!" Serena quickly pulled up a towel and wrapped it around her waist, it covered her till her knees, only then did we hear a grizzly chuckle...

"Geez I never though you had such a cute butt female!!" chuckled the orange beast hovering in mid air in front of the window "nice panties!" he wickedly smiled...
"TORA!!!" growled Asako, the grabbed a spray can and threw it at him, she missed "how dare you peek on us like that? Have you got no dignity?" she was blushing...
"Tora... Muma wont be pleased when he finds out about this!!"
"Go ahead and tell him! I'd be glad to mash him into a pulp for you!!" pause scanning her "by the way, nice legs!!"
"Pervert!!" Serena had her head boiling in embarrassment and anger, and then she snapped, "How long have you been here?"
"Long enough!!"
"Yeah I know that, but how long?"
"Well (smirk) something's prove you we're once a mother!!"
"!!!!!" Both girls blushed hard...

"Tora!!" the temple boy cried as he stood a few feet away, he saw his friend hovering in mid-air so he though he'd ask... "What are you doing up there?"
"Ushio!!" Asako cried out the window "this orange ass was watching us!!" she cried blushing!!
"F***??" now the temple boys face colored red... "Why you F***ing Sh** headed A** H**!!" grabbing the spear in his grip really tight, he charged up a bolt and ran towards the beast and jumped "why cant you ever keep your distant?" he asked...
"(Yelp) Hey!" the beast cried then chuckled and ran off... Ushio just followed...

"Are they gone yet?"
"Yeah... C'mon, let's dress you up fast!"
"Good, I'm getting a shiver down my spine!!"

Later... we see Tora on the roof tops nursing a few scattered cuts all over his body, most are down his back, cursing in a hot steam of slurred anger... in side Ushio is being nursed by Asako as Serena sat next to Shigure on the same couch...

"Ouch! Why does this stuff sting so painfully?"
"Because it cleans the germs away, now stop moving!"
"You know..." Serena blushed a bit "I'm sorry about all the trouble, maybe I should find some where else to stay!"
"None sense! I think Tora learned a lesson by now, wouldn't you say?" said the priest as he craned to his son...
"Yeah, the next time that mere Sh** of an a** h*** tries to do any thing like that again will be his death match!" snickered the boy "I'm considering the thought of pushing the spear up his ass!!" the boy chuckled nastily...
"I dunno..." Serena really felt guilty for the boy and beast fighting because of her like that...
"Serena!" said the priest calmly; he placed his hand on her shoulder...
"!!" She jilted and quickly craned blinking at it resting on her shoulder, then slowly raised her sight to lock with the calm gray eyes of the priest...
"I'm sorry..." Shigure stated, slowly backing up his hand a bit nervous for startling her...

"??" Ushio felt his chest clutch harder than before, as Asako corked back the bottle in her hand and gazed... first at the priest and Serena eyes locked, both silent... then at her friend worried face eyes locked on his father... Asako knew she had to do something about it... "You know!!!" she said rather loud so they would hear her "it's about lunch time now, what do you say you come down to the restaurant for a meal?"
"Restaurant?" asked Serena "what's that?"
"It's a place where they serve food!" responded the girl...
"You mean like an Inn?"
"No! In an Inn, you eat and spend the night, in a restaurant, you just order a meal, eat it, pay for it then leave!!"
"Oh!"
"Asako's parent own a restaurant..." calmly stated the boy, not finishing his sentence...

Silence grew deep in a rather annoying way, so Shigure found him self forced on accepting the young lady's offer... every one knew that they could never go any where were food is with out telling the orange beast, or he's gonna go head over heals in anger and BBQ them all to crust dust!!

"I ... I dunno... are you 'sure' I should go in?" said the woman standing in front of the door...
"Serena relax!! Meet up with the modern life!!" smiled the girl pushing the red headed woman through the door "Now-Come on!!!"
"H-hey easy now!!"
"(Chuckle)" Ushio felt a little easing now... that walk from their home to the restaurant gave him enough time to smell some fresh air and ease up... if only he could get rid of the extra weight over his shoulders...
"..." Shigure smiled as they walked in but somehow, he had his eyes on the red headed woman, the way she smiled had him dazed, he even started having an envy for the dark brown beast having her for a mate...

"So? What will it be?" asked Asako...
"I dunno... I haven't eaten any thing cocked for ages!! Muma and I usually go hunting together (pause/blush) depends if he's not the one hunting me!!" she blushed lightly laughing at her self...
"Oh!! (Sweat drop) well then... I'll bring you all the special dish!!"
"Bring it on!" barked the beast; tail flickering... he was off the boy's shoulders and at the kitchen door "man, just smell all the tasty food! I'm starving all ready!!" he drooled...
"Tora please, behave your self!" whispered Serena scolding, "we wouldn't want to cause any trouble!" she reasoned...
"Yeah! Be a good little beast and stay still!" mocked the boy, the beast only responded growling...
"Ya know..." said Serena, "maybe we should've waited till Muma and Ann came back and told them we were coming here?"
"Naaaaah!!" said the boy and the beast in a single voice...

"Okay! Some special seafood for the special guest!" smiled Asako placing the dishes in front of her friends... "Eat' em up boys!"
"My pleasure!" stated the beast drool oozing from his mouth...
"Eww!" disgusted, Serena turned away but then eyed the dish, leaning in a bit she sniffed it "it doesn't smell like sea food to me! Smells more like... boiled vegetables!!" she said...
"Maybe cause your human now, female!! You lost your special senses, remember!" recalled the beast, fishing up the boys plate and eating it in one gulp, then licking his chops...
"Hey!!!"
"Hush!!" reminded Shigure... his son stayed quiet then growled...
"What's this?" asked the female holding up a spoon "what ever happened to chop-sticks?" she asked her self...
"That's a spoon Serena! It's for drinking liquid stuff like soup and such!" explained Ushio...
"Oh?" she asked, and then eyed the silver spoon, she dazed away for a second looking at the reflection, slowly she drew a smile, but suddenly her eyes snapped in horror "Oh!!" she hid under the table...
"H-hey! What's-" stated the boy...
"-Hush! It's her!!" responded the woman pointing towards the door...

Looking towards the door, a short blond haired woman walking in wearing a huge dark blue coat... it was Elena, and they all recognized her, and she was wearing Fuusetsu's trench coat...

"Hello!" she stood at the counter; then Asako's mother came...
"Yes? How may I help you?"
"Um, I'm the one who made the order half an hour ago!"
"Oh! Yes, wait right here!!"

"I didn't know you do take outs!!" asked the temple boy gawking his friend in confusion, she just shrugged...

"Here is your order, but like I said before, we don't do take outs!"
"I'll keep that in mind, and thank you very much!"
"You're welcome and come again!"

After a pause Serena stood up and watched her walk out the door... she froze in her place, standing there in front of the restaurants door, one fist on her heart, the other had her fingers shivering over the door knob, hesitating weather to follow her or not... maybe she was Serena from the out side... but from the in side, she could still feel the raging beast, Kage, within her soul... she wanted to act normal, but being a human prevented her from being her self, the real her that she wanted to show... it hurt... it hurt a lot to know you cant be your self and end up faking that your some one else, some one your not... she wanted to follow her to see how the young red headed man was doing after the lose of his leg... she hasn't seen them since they split up last time in winter after returning from the Island...

"Serena!" called Shigure from his place "you can follow her if you want!"
"...!"
"Yeah! Tora and I will come with you if you'd like!!"
"F***?" asked the beast, but the spear shifted right into his face "OH!! Yeah sure we will!!" he growled lightly smiling...
"Thank you... but I'll mange!!" she smiled then quickly opened the door and walked out...
"..." Tora with out hesitations walked thought the wall and after her... Ushio and Asako looked at each other then the priest...
"Dad?" asked the boy, the clutching pain grabbing his heart again...
"It's her right to know!"
"What do you mean Oji-san?"
"I'll explain later..." the priest stated then looked at the food on the table "what are we gonna do with that?"
"We cant let it go to waste, might as well keep it for Tora!!" said Asako...

In the city streets, lightly jogging, panting, Serena looked around for any one in a dark blue trench coat, feeling a bit lost she craned around wanting to remember from which way she came, she couldn't tell the difference, clearing her throat, she knew loosing her calmness would be wrong, so she drew in a deep breath and walked towards a near by bus stop... when she almost got there, she passed an ally and some thing quickly snatched her in a blink of an eye... no one seemed to notice her...

"!!!" Struggling in fear her heart pounded trying to get her self some how free... but only ended up wearing her self out, only then did some thing draw it's self on her chest and felt her soft molds...
"You know better than to walk around alone Kage! You could've gotten hurt!!" stated a calm friendly voice...
"Uh, Muma?" she craned around eyeing her mate as he chuckled, yet still cupping her breasts "Knock it off! Some one might see us!" she scolded blushing, he drew away his hands "what are you doping here? And where's Ann?" she asked brushing her clothing...
"I went to the temple looking for you, so when you weren't there, neither were the others, I figured out that you may have came down to town... Ann is back there waiting for us!!" he said tail flickering "nice out fit!!"
"Oh... thank you!" she smiled...

"What?"
"What were you doing all by your self? And where are the others?"
"Oh, I saw Elena and I wanted to follow her..."
"Elena? Here?? When?"
"Yeah! She walked a way just a few minutes ago... now that I'm human, I lost complete track of her!"

"Lucky I haven't lost contact of you-you stupid female!!" growled the beast landing right near them "who's trying to cause trouble now?" he growled...
"Hay!!" growled the dark brown beast "you calling my mate stupid?"
"No I'm calling my shadow... do you see any other stupid female around here?" he hissed...
"Why I ought to..."
"Muma! Tora enough!!" scolded the female standing in between "this is not the time nor place to fight!!"
"Stay outta this female!!" growled the orange beast hissing in her face...
"Hey! You cant do that to her!!"
"Oh yeah!?"
"Yeah!!"
"Well then, I can do 'this' to you!!"

Tora aimed a fist to the dark brown beasts muzzle, punching the nose, feeling the pain, Muma charged up a lot of anger and pounced on the orange beast, they fought like two cat's rolling and twisting, turning, hissing and growling over, around and at each other... Serena/Kage found her self backing up so she wont get hit by their claws hovering all over the place and slumped her back to the wall... it was clear to her no one around could see or hear the battle but her... so she just closed her eyed and prayed they'd stop with neither one of them hurt...

"Serena!!" called the temple boy walking towards her avoiding the battle "what happened here?"
"Long story... can you make hem stop? Please?"
"There's only one way!!" he cocked an eyebrow and shifted the spear...
"Let them have it!!" she frowned with a smile...
"If you say so!" he grinned then THWACK!!!!

"Wa-ha-hoo... what hit me?" asked the ancient orange beast feeling his scull, with stars and birds over his head...
"Who... who turned off the sun?" asked the dark brown beast before thudding almost in blanking out cold "Geez I never had such a bang since I got butted by that bull back at Spain!" he stated feeling his scull...
"You mean the one who tried to ram Jiaaku?" she laughed, "I gotta admit, he tasted pretty good! Though his meat was awful tough to munch!!" feeling her jaws "I felt like my jaws were gonna fall off! It's a good thing you flipped it over or it may've got you!"
"Are you kidding me? I got rammed into the wall, the blasted horns scared up my ass and got my self chased all around the arena with it wanting to add two or more holes in my hide!! And your saying it was a good thing?" squeaked the angry beast... his mate only giggled...

"..." The orange beast slurred a stream of cursing, all glared so he stayed quiet, but then hollered, "So, what were you trying to do female? Get your self lost or something?"
"No! I just wanted to follow Elena! Besides!" she blushed "last time I got my self lost in a humans city, Muma F***ed up my ass so hard I couldn't sit on my poor little tushy for weeks!" she felt her butt glaring her mate who was smiling sheepishly...
"You don't even know where we are!" interrupted the beast "How could you possibly know where she went?" then eyed a loudly laughing boy "What the F*** are you laughing at brat?" he growled...
"Well..." grinned the boy with a wicked smirk "remember your first visit to town Tora? It was a few days after you were set free!!"
"Err... well, I, um, I-uh..." the beast tried to think of some thing fast to say, but failed...
"What?" Asked the female with much interest "what happened that day?"
"Nothing!" stated the beast quickly...
"Yeah... nothing my foot, but the fact that he turned the city up-side down from top to bottom! If any one knew that he did it and that I'm responsible about him they would've gave us a bill for fixing every thing I wont be able to pay up for the next 500 of my life!!" said the boy as he stared talking with a smile and ended up with a growled "he turned every thing into a mere sh** of a F***ing mess!!" he hollered glared the shamed beast...
"..." Tora had his head sunk between his shoulders as he smiled sheepishly...
"Aw-you were a bad-bad boy weren't you?" she mocked smiling...
"Any way!" interrupted the dark brown beast holding back a chuckle, "let's head back to the temple, meet up with the others, and Ann is waiting for us!!"
"Yeah, good idea, dad is probably waiting for us there any way..."
"Sigh... might as well search for Elena later on then eh?"
"Afraid so dear!"

"Some good would that do!" slurred the beast with an angry voice...
"Gee Uncle Tora, what's wrong with you? Your acting like a real pissed off grouch!!" stated the young golden female, brushing back her silver locks...
"..." The beast just craned his face away cursing...
"Oh, don't mind him!" Serena smiled "he just hasn't been feeling like him self lately!!" she eyed the temple boy who gawked her confused...
"...?" Ushio didn't understand what she meant to say, so he gave no comment, but then turned to the beast "you all right Tora?"
"..." The beast only glared, dark orange tail lightly lashed to the left and right like an angry cats...
"Err-never mind!"
"You know?" said the dark brown beast "I was wondering... Tora!"
"?"
"If I asked you to look after Kage for me when I'm gone, would you do it?"
"Muma!! What are you saying?"
"Look after her?" questioned the orange beast...
"Yeah! Only when I'm gone, because you know I cant keep coming here every day! The others would start noticing it for sure!"

"Muma! Why don't we just tell them and get it over with?"
"What? And have Kyofu kill you? I think not!"
"You don't understand, I-"
"I understand what you're trying to say completely Kage! I know you hate causing trouble, but telling them now may only kill you!"

"Oh yes it will!! Remember that day when you wanted to add Jiaaku to the group? Kyofu almost killed you that time!"

The two of them fought for a while, but not for long, first because Kage was human, Muma was twice as big as she was, he dodged her blows easily, and besides, Ann, Shigure and Ushio pulled them away from each other, even Tora had to pounce and pin down the dark brown beast before he chomped off his mates head!! Sadly, even him couldn't stop the madness...

The ancient beast watched from the rooftops as the two mates growled at each other noses slightly touching as they cursed each other "I don't know if I'm enjoying this or not!!" he slightly slurred as he stopped nursing the cuts and human teeth marks on his forearm "what about you brat?" he asked the temple boy feeling a cut down his cheek...
"I'm not enjoying this one single bit... if only there was a away to stop them!!" he asked, then shifted the spear to his other hand...
"Yes... staying here on the rooftops isn't very computable!!" slurred the priest fixing his sitting position, he almost slipped and fell, but Ann got him by the wrist...
"Well, it's better than down there with those two! It's much safer here!!" said the golden female pulling him up "you okay?" she asked...
"Yes! Still in one peace!" he murmured... then looked down towards them glaring and hissing still "for how much longer? They've been more of a pain than you two!!" stated the priest glaring the two partners...
"Not funny dad!"

"Sigh..."
"Ann?" asked the priest as he turned to the young golden female, she had her eyes closed, silver locks covering her face "what's wrong?" he asked...
"I-h (she started sobbing) I-just hate it when they fight!!" then she cupped her face and started crying soundlessly "why do they keep doing so? I hate it... hate it- hate it- HATE IT!!" she cried out loud with her sobbing voice mixed with anger, but then blinked the startled priest as her tears streamed down her face "I-uh I'm sorry... I just..." she started whipping away her tears that were still streaming uncontrollably "I just can't... stop..."
"It's all right!!" the beast stated calmly as the two humans craned to him "relax, since you say they do it all the time, and nothing happens, every thing is gonna end up just fine, right? You'll see!!" he smiled...

"F*** YOU!!!!" cried Serena...
"Or... maybe not!" Tora slurred...
"F*** UP your self you lousy Sh**ing Bit**!!!" growled Muma...
"Not good!" said Ushio...
"Tell me about it!" stated Shigure...
"Mom!!" you young female cried "Dad!!" she cried again jumping off the roof "Please stop it, please!!" she stood between them "Please!!!"
"Ann, stay outta this!!" growled the red headed woman...
"Stay-Out!!!" growled the dark brown beast louder than his mate...
"Mom! Dad! Please, just stop fighting, please??"
"Ann, honey, we're not fighting, we're just having a 'friendly' conversation that's all!!"
"Yes! Friendly!!" he paused "friendly my foot!! I can't believe I fell for a F***ing Bit** like you!! I'm so amused why I hadn't killed you till now!!"
"What??" she gasped, placing her hand on her heart "you wanted... to 'kill' me?? Why?"
"Oh-I dunno! Maybe because your bossy, annoying, loud, hard headed-stubborn to the core, crazy and even sometimes stupid!!! You drive me crazy and you all ways want every thing to go your way weather I like it or not!!"
"...!!!" Serena said nothing for a sec "is that all?" she asked calmly with a cold dry voice...
"Actually... no!! You are also the most annoying pesky little f***ing sh** headed bit** I have ever met!! I can't believe I actually asked you to be my mate!! I was either stupid, or cheated in you!!"
"Is that... how you really feel towards me??" she lightly sobbed, she couldn't help the tears burning as they streamed down her face, but still, she was frowning with a glare...
"..." Muma didn't answer; he turned around and attended to walk away...
"Is THIS what you really want after all these years?? Tell me!!" she cried out in anger... only to be swatted by a flat hand on the side of her face, flipping her around to fall thudding hard on her face...

"MOM!!!!!" shouted the young female in horror, then craned to her father, who gazed at the palm of his hand, not believing that he did so...
"I-I-I-h..." he looked up to his daughter, she only glared and crackled thunder, teeth showing and tearing falling from her eyes to touch the dirt "Ann... I don't... I didn't... I mean too... I-"
"I HATE YOU!!!" she cried "I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE AGAIN!!!" she shouted again as she craned to her mother, still laying there motionless...
"..." Lost in thought the dark brown beast found him self pacing backwards, in a state of confusion and disbelieve, he couldn't help the thought but to need out off there... he ran till he vanished...

"S-Serena?" asked the temple boy, landing from the rooftop then crouching near her "are you all right?"
"Female?" asked the beast "Can you hear us?"
"Mom?" said the young golden female, scooping her knocked out mother into her arms, slightly cradling her "Mom, please answer me!!"
"Oh-my!!" stated the priest touching her cheek, it was lightly burning red "it's going to turn black and blue soon! We'd better take her in side and look after her till she awakes" he said...

Later then they went in side, but then... a shadow came into view with pupilless eyes glaring and a set of shark teeth smiling widely... oddly a cloud of black fog crept near, a single forearm pointed to the rooftops, so into the temple, the fog went, but went up to the rooftops, suddenly they paused, only for the door to open quickly and the orange beast glaring around strangely... he stood silent...

"Hey fuzz ball, what's the matter? Why open the door?"
"I thought I heard something!"
"Like?"
"I'm not sure!"
"Idiot, it's gonna be night soon, close the door so the heat wont run away!"
"Very funny brat!" mocked the beast, then slowly sliding close the door...

The black fog went crawling again and into the temples walls... but oddly vanished... the slit eyes backed up into the darkness of the coming night, following a well known victim...
